The caterpillar lives according to literature at Acacia.

Habitat:
Laelia innotata colonized arid areas such as semi-deserts, oases, etc.

Life cycle:
I found the moths in Fuerteventura in February 2010 and 2011. Presumably, the moths fly in several generations per year.

Remarks:
Laelia innotata occurs in north Africa. It is found in the Canary Islands according to present data only in Fuerteventura.
