Habitat:
Odontura aspericauda inhabits habitats that have a rich structure such as bushy slopes, brooms, thistles, garigues or similar places.
Life cycle:
Adults occur very early. I recorded first males in lower altitudes in Andalusia already in late March 2015. The animals are usually found on small bushes or herbs.
Remarks:
Endemic to the southern and eastern Iberian Peninsula.
