Habitat:
Uromenus rugosicollis inhabits many open and semi-open habitats with partly higher growing vegetation from the coast up to 1700m NN. It occurs in both humid and more dry places.

Life cycle:
The adults appear between summer and autumn. They are observed most often on shrubs or in higher growing herbal or grass vegetation.

Remarks:
Uromenus rugosicollis occurs in Southwestern Europe in the Iberian Peninsula and in more southern parts of France.
