Nutrition:
The species feeds on herbs. I observed feeding on Euphorbia inflorescences.

Habitat:
Kurtharzia nugatoria inhabits stony and grazed grasslands and garrigues in medium high altitudes.

Life cycle:
The adults appear in summer. They mostly stay on the ground and climb only for feeding onto herbs.

Remarks:
Kurtharzia nugatoria is endemic to lower mountain ranges in eastern Spain. I observed it northwest of Castellòn.
