Habitat:
Anonconotus sibyllinus inhabits especially altitudes above 1400m in the Monti Sibillini and the Monti Reatini. It may be common in pastures with juniper or on stony slopes, but is known from only very few sites.
Life cycle:
The adults appear in summer and autumn. Oviposition ususally occurs into the soil.
Remarks:
Anonconotus sibyllinus is endemic to the Monti Reatini and Monti Sibillini in central Italy. The two population groups differ slightly.
