Habitat:
Chorthippus willemsei inhabits often stony grasslands and pastures, open woodlands with grassland clearings and embankments between 700 and more than 2100m.
Remarks:
Chorthippus willemsei occurs obviously from S-Albania across W-Greece (Pindhos mountain range) to the western and central part of the Peloponnese (southward to Mount Taygetos).
