Nutrition:
Mostly plants (herbs and shrub foliage).
Habitat:
Poecilimon sanctipauli lives in many different places which show an at least partial rich forb and shrub growth. I observed the imagines frequently at road sides in Samos in early May 2009.
Life cycle:
Poecilimon sanctipauli is to find as adult as early as April in Samos (in higher elevations later). The individuals most often sit on medium-high to higher forbs and more rarely on shrubs. They should dy quickly with summer drought from late June or July.
Remarks:
Poecilimon sanctipauli occurs on some Greek islands (Samos, Rhodos, Nisyros, Kos, Kalymnos and Simi) and on the Turkish west Anatolian mainland.
