Habitat:
Habitats with spots of open soil (e.g. river shores)

Life cycle:
The larvae hibernate and the moths occur in summer (July to September).

Remarks:
Agrotis trifurca occurs from Eastern Europe (Russia, SE-Ukraine, Eastern Carpathians in Romania) to Northern Eastasia (Mongolia).
