Host plants:
The larvae feed on Coronilla emerus, Vicia sp. and most probably also related genera.
Habitat:
Lygephila craccae usually inhabits dry and warm edges with the host plants such as quarries, rocky slopes with open woodland, edges in bushy grasslands and woodland margins.
Life cycle:
The egg hibernates. The larvae develop between April and June and partly again in July/August. The moths occur in one or two generations between late May/June and July and again in August/September.
Remarks:
Lygephila craccae occurs in Europe and temperate Asia to Japan.
